The Parts Counter Salesperson is responsible for providing excellent customer service and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

As the face of the Parts Department, they should be positive, a good communicator and feel confident working with lots of people.


General Responsibilities:

  • Handle all customer inquiries and transactions, provide customer with all necessary information
  • Understand the ordering process if parts are needed
  • Understand and maintain computer systems and filing
  • Continually learn about new products and services offered

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of previous parts experience an asset
  • Reynolds experience an asset
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong multitasking skills an asset
