HEALTH & BEAUTY TEAM MEMBER

As part of our Health & Beautyteam, you promote clean beauty choices by educating our customers on the benefits of natural health and beauty products, making recommendations based on specific needs, and assisting customers discover a fresh perspective on healthy & beauty. As a product knowledge expert, you know how to help customers understand what combination products will work best for them to achieve their health & beauty goals. A passion for and experience withnatural beauty products including make up and skin care will enhance your success when assisting customers. This is an exciting opportunity to share your passion in a bright, newly renovated environmentwith a wide variety of product

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Create a comfortable and inviting space by giving a warm "hello" to our customers as they approach our health & beauty department for support. We like building meaningful connections with our new and regular customers and this is an important first step.
  • Assist customers with their specific needs—asking them questions to learn more about what their journey looks like and providing suggestions on how best to meet their goals.
  • Although you may already have an impressive background in health & beauty, you will be able to participate in regular product knowledge trainings so you're always prepared to answer questions and provide informed recommendations.
  • We understand health & beauty is a very personal experience so it is why weexplain the basics with our suggestedplan and recommended add-ons that may complement and support our customers' goals.
  • Use your creativity and eye for detail to make attractive and organized displays.
  • In other words, you will help others on their journey of health & beauty, share your knowledge on our amazing products, be a great team player and have fun
