Who are you?

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data migration projects, including extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources
  • Link the data between new and legacy systems
  • Create reports and dashboards using advance Excel skills, SQL, and Tableau
  • Maintain data quality and accuracy by performing data cleansing and verification processes as required
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide datarelated support and insights
  • Act as a Project Manager for some projects related to Data migration
  • Support the Digital roadmap strategy with project prioritization, change management and implementation to both internal and external stakeholders for upcoming initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Currently enrolled as a fulltime student in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields MBA, or MSc program, returning full time in the fall
  • Preferred 23 years of previous work experience in a business environment, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, insurance, or finance.
  • Enjoys project management and building action plans
  • An individual who has strong time management skills and can work in a fastpaced workplace
  • Strong skills in advance Excel, including proficiency in functions, pivot tables and chart creation
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and experience with database function management systems
  • Strong verbal and writing communications
  • Curious and enjoys doing research to solve a problem and is willing to try and fail
  • The ability to concisely design dashboards and present to members of the organization (including leadership)
  • Can work both autonomously and within a team depending on the projects and team needs.
  • Is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and pitch in to help the team move forward
