What's expected:
The Assistant Store Manager leads a team to ensure exceptional customer service in a clean, well-stocked store. Responsible for achieving sales goals, driving efficiencies, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Your role:
- Manages all operational programs
- Enhances collaboration between day and night operations
- Identifies and communicates operational barriers
- Sets and tracks service, sales, and operational goals
- Executes programs effectively
- Manages and provides leadership to teams
- Ensures store safety and cleanliness
- Interviews, selects, and develops team members
- Adheres to safety policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or related certification/background
- 5 years of retail team leadership experience
- 3 years of support/operations leadership experience
- 1 years of manager-on-duty responsibilities experience
- Store computer systems experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
