ABOUT THE ROLE


As a Bilingual Corporate Travel Concierge, you will focus on providing exceptional, high-touch service by assisting customers who call in for travel arrangements, dining, event planning, research, personal shopping, and more.


Work in the office and work at home
Each week, you will have the opportunity to spend two core days in the office with the team. All non-core days will be spent working at home.

We're looking for travel enthusiasts who are available to work from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM with two consecutive days off during the week.

The salary for this role is $23.00 per hour ($47,840 annually).

Core Days:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Non-Core Days:
Sunday, Saturday

BILINGUAL CORPORATE TRAVEL CONCIERGE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leverage John Paul's network of vendors and travel partners to book travel and fulfill requests.
  • Build experiences that leverage direct/personal knowledge of the client's personality and desires.
  • Provide Program Benefit Support for questions about membership benefits, reward point redemptions, and statement credits.
  • Sharing insight/feedback received through interactions with the client members to the manager.
  • Promote collaboration with team members, management, and sustain a respectful work environment.
  • Adhere to company and client procedures and policies, including Dress Code, Attendance, and Punctuality.
  • Any other duties that are needed to drive to the vision, fulfill our mission and abide by the values of this organization.

BILINGUAL CORPORATE TRAVEL CONCIERGE JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Minimum 1-year experience within a call center environment, preferably for a financial services organization, a luxury brand, or a travel services provider:

Travel and hospitality experience required:


  • Bilingual in English and Canadian French is required:
  • Must be proficient at communicating verbally and/or in writing
  • Have flexibility in work schedule to work evenings and/or weekends with two consecutive days off per week
  • Possess an exemplary positive attitude; is passionate about offering unparalleled customer service and excels in maintaining excellent associate relations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada
