The Role:

  • Work with the Growth team and agency partners to support the development of our digital advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to plan and build new personalized experiences onsite, including the development of new landing pages. Use data and analysis to identify new opportunities to personalize the customer journey considering both new and returning customers.
  • Work with Brand team to build out monthly performance media content plans, balancing performance (acquiring new customers) with our brand message and voice.
  • Report on core growth and retention KPIs and collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and enhance performance.
  • Monitor site analytics to identify opportunities to launch new campaigns or improve site experience.

You Have:

  • Positive attitude, high level of passion and curiosity, and willing to roll up your sleeves and learn.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and project management skills and an ability to work with cross functional partners/agencies.
  • Experience with any of the following: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Attentive SMS or Kameleoon are a plus.

  • Studying marketing is a plus.
