Over 70 physicians and specialists, alongside a broad roster of complementary health care disciplines, provide health and lifestyle management services on site and by video consult for individuals, families and organizations.

Our team of 550+ staff see clients virtually and physically from our downtown Toronto and Oakville clinics.

The Role:


As a part of the Corporate Growth team, the intern will be working closely with the Corporate Sales and Account Management team, as well as cross-functional teams such as Finance, Product, and Marketing.

As a Corporate Growth intern, you will report directly into the Director, Business Development.

There are two main projects for this role: 1. Support the sales team by tracking and distributing in-bound leads (50% of time); and 2. Assist in integrating our prospecting tool, LinkedIn Navigator, directly into our CRM, Salesforce (50% of time).

Accountabilities:

  • Manager of the Corporate Sales business inbox in Outlook
  • Map accounts in LinkedIn Navigator directly into Salesforce
  • Validate and update account/contact information in Salesforce
  • Play an active role in ensuring the success of the two projects, including tracking progress, updating the manager, and meeting deadlines
  • Provide support to team members as needed

The Requirements:

  • Current student in 3rd or 4th year at a postsecondary institution
  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce is preferred
  • Strong timemanagement and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Attentive to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage Excel spread sheets, and communicate internally/externally via Outlook
  • Team player
  • Eager to learn and contribute
This is a winter internship opportunity from January to April. You will work 5 days/week for a total of 40 hours between Monday to Friday. This is a hybrid position with the opportunity for in-office and work-from-home setup.
