As an Associate Fraud Investigator you will work in a dynamic team providing investigative services and responses to both internal and external threats and or offences.

Implements work that focuses on prevention and recovery of fraud in accordance with applicable procedures. Conducts comprehensive investigations and provides consultation and analysis to business. Implements strategic priorities in alignment with standards and operations procedures.

  • Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.

  • Identifies emerging issues and trends to facilitate decisionmaking.
  • Contributing and adhering to patterns and processes.
  • Investigates and responds to threats or offences involving Courier, Customers, Restaurant Partners, and Employees in all JustEatTakeAway markets.
  • Exercises judgement to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
  • Ability to prioritize work and document daily productivity.
  • Works well independently and in a team setting and regularly handles nonroutine situations.
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
  • Uses best practice to improve products/services or processes.

Recipe for Success

Key ingredients:

  • Familiar with basic JET systems OR have basic knowledge of fraud tools & concepts
  • Able to focus on assigned duties with a high degree of productivity with moderate supervision.
  • Shadow and assist the team with data gathering.
  • Analytical approach.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture, trends, opportunities.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Understanding of online fraud scenarios.
  • Understanding of credit card dispute/chargeback process.
  • Proven track record of delivering high quality work.
  • Experience working in a technical environment.
  • Previous work in online support, financial/clerical, accounting, investigatory, or analytical roles.
  • Successful stakeholder management experience.

Optional toppings:

  • Basic SQL.
  • Basic payments flow knowledge.
  • Good understanding of JET systems.
  • Good understanding of internal Skip or JustEat Customer/Restaurant/Courier care processes.
