Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day client liaison at a retail level
  • Foster strong relationships with retailers
  • Provide coaching to Sales Representatives
  • Train Retailer Staff
  • Conduct pre-scheduled training sessions weekly
  • Provide Sales Assists at locations weekly
  • Gather market analysis and report market trends of how the product is perceived in the market
  • Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all client/retailer groups can demonstrate product knowledge and have necessary product knowledge and training
  • Ensure stock levels of merchandise meet product demand and report back
  • Support Marketing initiatives by maintaining direct contact with sales points in the market
  • Resolve issues that affect brand integrity and brand presence
  • Provide feedback to Regional Field Manager and client
  • Support Go to Market planning and promotional activities in the field
  • Set up promotional materials and support dealers via incentive events and programs
  • Provide strategic input to help leverage the client brand.
  • Merchandising execution
  • Training facilitation at trade show events as needed

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Experience using various software programs and tools to streamline work processes.
  • Recent college/university graduate with a related field of studies is an asset
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related discipline
  • Sales experience in home appliances is an asset
  • Demonstrated experience in working within the Home Appliance sector
  • Direct Appliance industry experience (Retail of Manufacturer)- asset, not mandatory
  • Consumer electronics experience (Retail or Manufacturer)
  • Previous formal training experience (instructor or trainer)
  • Previous durable good or high-value retail Sales experience
  • Outbound sales representative experience
  • Experience as Field Sales Representative
  • Prior success in training and motivating a sales team in meeting or exceed performance objectives
  • Available to travel within the market. (Must love being on the road)

Responsabilités :

Gérer les relations quotidiennes avec les clients au niveau du commerce de détail

Favoriser des relations solides avec les détaillants

Encadrer les représentants des ventes

Former le personnel des détaillants

Organiser des sessions de formation hebdomadaires préprogrammées

Fournir des aides à la vente sur les sites chaque semaine

Recueillir des analyses de marché et rendre compte des tendances du marché sur la manière dont le produit est perçu sur le marché.

Planifier et faciliter les réunions de formation et de lancement afin de s'assurer que tous les groupes de clients/détaillants peuvent démontrer leur connaissance du produit et qu'ils disposent des connaissances et de la formation nécessaires.

Veiller à ce que les niveaux de stock de marchandises répondent à la demande de produits et en rendre compte.

Soutenir les initiatives de marketing en maintenant un contact direct avec les points de vente sur le marché.

Résoudre les problèmes qui affectent l'intégrité et la présence de la marque.

Fournir une rétroaction au directeur régional et à GE APPLIANCES CANADA.

Soutenir la planification de la commercialisation et les activités promotionnelles sur le terrain.

Mettre en place du matériel promotionnel et soutenir les concessionnaires par le biais d'événements et de programmes d'incitation.

Apporter une contribution stratégique pour aider à tirer parti de la marque du client.

Exécution du merchandising

Facilitation de la formation lors des salons professionnels, selon les besoins

Exigences :

Maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral

Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, écrite et verbale

Capacité démontrée à apprendre et à s'adapter rapidement aux nouvelles technologies.

Expérience de l'utilisation de divers logiciels et outils pour rationaliser les processus de travail.

Diplôme récent d'un collège ou d'une université dans un domaine d'études lié est un atout.

Diplôme d'études postsecondaires dans une discipline liée.

Une expérience de la vente d'appareils électroménagers est un atout

Expérience avérée dans le secteur de l'électroménager

Expérience directe dans le secteur de l'électroménager (vente au détail ou fabrication) - atout, pas obligatoire

Expérience dans le domaine de l'électronique grand public (vente au détail ou fabrication)

Expérience de la formation formelle (instructeur ou formateur)

Expérience de la vente au détail de biens durables ou de grande valeur

Expérience en tant que représentant des ventes sortantes

Expérience en tant que représentant commercial sur le terrain

Expérience réussie dans la formation et la motivation d'une équipe de vente pour atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de performance.
