Reporting to the Procurement Manager, responsible for managing supplier relationships and contracts, ensuring program success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, procuring, and managing suppliers.
Communicate with strategic suppliers, track contract status, and suggest improvements.
Support Procurement Manager in operational execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Oversee contract management and execution, ensuring timely updates.
Provide administrative support, including contract coordination and performance tracking.
Resolve supplier disputes and address quality issues.
Liaise with internal departments for planning and alignment.
Manage Retail and Food Service launches.
Support FSQA department for commercial execution.
Provide feedback for process improvements.
Organize meetings with key suppliers to discuss performance.
Prepare and share purchase and fruit reports.
Provide front-line procurement services for Procure-to-Pay processes.
Requires some international travel.

Requirements:
~ Bilingual English and Spanish.
~ Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant field.
~3+ years of experience in a similar role.
~ Collaborative and flexible team player.
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
~ SAPB1 ERP experience a plus.
