The Country Manager - Canada will play a key role in expanding our presence in Canada by spearheading Ferrara's International business strategy. This position involves overseeing all aspects of Ferrara's operations in the Canadian market, including sales and marketing strategies, team management, and financial performance, in close collaboration with the International Team based in Chicago, IL.

Ways you can contribute:
  • Establish conditions for accelerated and profitable growth of Ferrara's Canadian business
  • Manage all Canadian business processes to drive the development of Ferrara brands
  • Lead the sales operation and foster strong relationships with distributors and brokers to enhance brand visibility and distribution in retail outlets; continuously optimize the Route to Market model
  • Develop marketing strategies based on consumer insights in partnership with the International Marketing team; oversee execution of marketing plans
  • Ensure adherence to Ferrara's supply chain standards to maintain product availability and shelf life
  • Take ownership of the P&L to meet the 3-year plan goals
  • Manage and mentor a local team while serving as Ferrara's legal representative in Canada
  • Uphold the company's core values
