We are looking for a Home Care Office Manager to work in our Comox office. In this role, you will be leading our Client Care Coordinators, Foot Care Nurses, and field employees.

The Office Manager would work directly with our Leadership team to ensure the safety of clients and employees during service delivery, and ensure that a high quality of services are delivered.


Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing and managing the Comox team, including Client Care Coordinators, Foot Care Nurses, as well as field employees.
  • Problem solving, conflict resolution and developing actions plans to help clients and employees reach solutions.
  • Supporting and utilizing current systems to meet Classic LifeCare's Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Implementing and following through of quality improvement plan initiatives.
  • Participating and implementing standards and required organization practices to meet Accreditation Canada standards.
  • Developing and maintaining safe approaches to clientcentered care
  • Working directly with the Health Care Workers to ensure implementation of quality, safe care practices
  • Collaborating to develop and implement education and training program
  • Orientation and training of field employees.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Background working in the healthcare industry
  • Availability Monday to Friday with some flexible hours
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a team environment
  • Good analytical skills and the willingness to ask for help when needed
  • Experience managing an office of 23 team members an asset but not required
  • Experience coaching and mentoring Health Care Workers an asset but not required.
