Your Rehabilitation Assistant responsibilities:

  • Assisting skilled clinicians in administering client treatments, individually and in group settings.
  • Supervising/instructing client programs, including conditioning exercises and group classes, under the direction of a licensed clinician.
  • Monitoring client progress and reporting issues to clinicians and team members.
  • Charting, entering data, and performing other related clerical duties.
  • Cleaning and maintaining the client treatment area (equipment and supplies).

Your experience and skills:

  • A diploma from a recognized twoyear Therapy Assistant Program.
  • Previous experience as a Therapy Assistant in an interdisciplinary treatment setting is preferred, particularly if experience is with WCB clientele.
  • Must be able to work onsite, fulltime at Millard Health (Edmonton, Alberta)
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Salary:
Pay Grade 6 - $50,144 to $55,730 per annum
