Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper whom will join the Finance department and support all brands across Retailors.

Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using industry-leading accounting software
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision
  • Reconcile bank statement and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, providing insights for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, compliance with financial regulations, and adherence to company policies
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with other departments, gathering financial information, and supporting financial aspects of various projects
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure the company' financial practices are uptodate and compliant
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 35 years of relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
