Training Specialist - Allan, Saskatchewan, Canada

The Training Specialist will report to the Training Manager.

What you will do:

  • Provide support to the Training Department
  • Assist in the development and creation of new training materials, programs, modules
  • Maintain and update records and files, and provide administrative support
  • Coordinate, schedule and deliver training
  • Prepare new hire orientation packages
  • Aid in the training and development of employees through the use of the Learning Management System and Learning Content Management Systems

What you will bring:

  • A degree, diploma, or certificate in Business, Education, HR or other related field
years of experience in a training environment is an asset

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience using a Learning Management System is an asset
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrate positive safety behaviour and safety leadership
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment as well as independently
