### Job Overview:

## Duties:

  • Use power tools and hand tools to complete carpentry work
  • Operate equipment for tasks relating to general commercial renovation
  • Assist with the installation of siding and other exterior finishes
  • Conduct heavy lifting as required for the job
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
## Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in commercial/institutional construction/renovation
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans is an asset
  • Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in construction
  • Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting and prolonged standing
  • Ability to restore work areas to their original condition after completion of projects

Salary:
$17.08-$35.78 per hour
