### Job Overview:
## Duties:

- Use power tools and hand tools to complete carpentry work
- Operate equipment for tasks relating to general commercial renovation
- Assist with the installation of siding and other exterior finishes
- Conduct heavy lifting as required for the job
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

## Qualifications:

- Previous experience in commercial/institutional construction/renovation
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans is an asset
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in construction
- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting and prolonged standing
- Ability to restore work areas to their original condition after completion of projects

**Salary**: $17.08-$35.78 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
