Primary Responsibilities Include:

Organizational Leadership:

  • Exemplify and instill organization's core purpose of Making Wellness Possible.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, processes, and safety standards.
  • Leadership integrity.

Clinic Management and Oversight:

  • Ensure organizational goals and program service objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor and ensure budgets funds are utilized appropriately within Kells Counselling.
  • Implement strategic plans to maximize Kells Counselling company growth and development.
  • Manage communication between the company and our associates and contractors.
  • Handle staffing, performance management, and hiring.
  • Approve expenses for Kells Counselling office associates.
  • Assist to resolve interpersonal conflict within the office team.
  • Attend/lead staff and team meetings (and trainings as required).
  • Oversee the administrative systems with the assistance of the Team Lead.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Business Development:

  • Support and implement business growth initiatives.
  • Oversee business operations with the assistance of the Business Coordinator.
  • Promote company/brand perception.

Profitability:

  • Analyze and report Key Performance Indicators for revenue growth and cost control (client satisfaction, booking rate, expenses, etc.).
  • Stay updated on industry trends to guide strategic decisions for sustainable growth.

Requirements:

  • 57 years clinic experience.
  • 3 years management experience in healthcare.
  • Business education an asset.
  • Knowledge of psychology and mental health.
  • Strong customer relations, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to adapt, lead, and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Clear criminal record check and interventions record check.
