Our client is looking for a Bilingual Customer & Technical Support Representative to join their team.

As a Bilingual Customer & Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing a top-notch customer experience while minimizing customer downtime by offering remote solutions in hardware, software, and network technical support to both internal and external customers as well as partners.

  • Solid problem-solving abilities

Solve customer hardware, software, and networking issues promptly using our client's systems and software tools. Resolve customer escalations through effective negotiation and escalate critical matters to the appropriate team. Deliver an exceptional customer experience through active listening, empathy, and a sense of urgency. Implement specific processes for major account customers to meet service level agreements. Provide input on policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English & French (both verbal and written)
  • Technical support background is advantageous
  • Customer service experience
  • Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
  • Support center experience is not mandatory
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
