Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and repair vehicles while providing progress updates to Service Advisors.
  • Efficiently perform tasks as per the repair order and dealership standards.
  • Conduct test-drives and diagnostic tests using specialized tools.
  • Maintain and service various automotive systems.
  • Communicate with Service Advisor regarding additional services, cost estimates, and repair timelines.
  • Ensure shop equipment is operational and well-maintained.
  • Stay informed about automotive product knowledge, updates, and technical information.
  • Carry out warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform any other necessary duties.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Licensed Technician.
  • Hold a 310S certification and Class A Automotive Mechanic's license.
  • Compliance with other provincial certifications or licenses as required.
  • Preference for OSSD or equivalent.
  • Strong automotive background.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean abstract.
