What YOU Will Do

The Process and Document Systems Analyst has a crucial role in the success of major projects by ensuring efficient and optimized document control, content review, distribution, and design production processes. This involves implementing and maintaining systems to securely record, track, and distribute relevant documentation to project teams, ensuring compliance with standards, and facilitating smooth project progress by keeping information accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to the right individuals.

  • Configure and customize project management systems in collaboration with technical and project management teams to meet project requirements.
  • Define the implementation strategy, testing strategy, and impact analysis. Evaluate the impacts on the business and assist users in defining change requests.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of project management systems to improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead the operational deployment of systems, provide training to project teams for successful adoption and effective use.
  • Validate and comment on files produced by Maintenance and Development teams, conduct acceptance testing for new developments, and make recommendations for system integration.
  • Act as user support post-launch to help with information management orientation.

What YOU Will Bring

  • Position located in Montreal (and surrounding areas).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-graduate diploma in Construction Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a project management systems focus.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with project information systems like Aconex, ProjectWise, SharePoint, Autodesk, or similar tools.
  • Experience in a major project role related to information management is an asset.
  • Proficient in software configuration to adapt and optimize project management systems as per project needs.
  • Strong communication and training skills to guide and support project teams in technology adoption.
  • Deep understanding of construction project workflows and BIM processes to work effectively in complex project environments.
  • Excellent command of French and English languages (spoken and written).
