Ready to hit the open road of automotive tech? Read on...Quorum is looking to hire an L1 Support Specialist (Parts and Service) to join our Product Support team to assist our dealership customers with using our QuorumDMS product.

These customers would primarily be dealership employees, of the Parts and Service departments.
This is primarily a support role for our QuorumDMS product.

As an L1 Support Specialist, you are committed to achieving the highest standards of customer satisfaction through your enthusiastic attitude and helpful approach.

You will be responsible for interacting with Quorum clients in a professional manner and fully addressing and resolving DMS inquiries.

Here is what we will expect from you at work:

Supplying complete, timely and accurate responses to customer support requests received through our omni channel platform – phone, email, and online portal.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with steady attention to detail.
Following-up with inquiries until fully resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Attentive, timely and accurate resolution to customer concerns via phone, email or web.
In depth understanding of QuorumDMS features and functions to confidently support dealership partners.
Instructing dealership staff on the operation and functionality of QuorumDMS for their business operations.
Other duties as assigned.

Here is the kind of candidate we are looking for:2+ years in a Customer or Product Support role.
Experience in Parts and Service.
Business Certificate and/or Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Adept Microsoft Office Suite of products.
Professional communication skills both written and verbal.
Automotive Dealership experience would be considered an asset.
Quick learner. Maintains excellent working relationships with internal and external customers.
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Information Technology skills with an aptitude for learning computer software would be an asset.
Rotating shift work.

Hours of operation:
Monday to Friday, (7:00am – 8:00pm)

EST and occasional Saturday shifts (9:00am – 5:00pm) EST.Additional RequirementsCriminal background check required.
