As the Project Lead at Campbell Canada, you'll be at the forefront of driving organizational excellence and efficiency.

Your role is not just about managing projects; it's about being the lynchpin that ensures smooth operations and strategic alignment throughout the company.

But your expertise doesn't stop there. You'll also be the architect of collaboration, leading cross-functional initiatives that bring together diverse teams to innovate and problem-solve. Your ability to navigate through complexities and foster cooperation will be instrumental in driving the company forward.

Primary Responsibilities

All-Canada Planning Support (70%)

  • Create and manage integrated annual calendar for total Canada business, external and internal events
  • Support development of Canada Leadership Team and Extended Leadership Team meeting agendas, PowerPoint documents, and manage stakeholders to complete materials, supporting GM.
  • Design & drive forward broader programs and materials for our allCanada weekly meeting and quarterly Town Halls, to drive engagement, sense of belonging, build acumen and share business content.
  • Support planning for allCanada events, including developing agendas, coordinating materials creations, planning logistics, and running event, in support of GM.
  • Produce and manage detailed work plans and PowerPoint documents for Strategic Planning & Annual Operating Planning, supporting GM.
  • Design & manage annual award ceremony, supporting crossfunctional team.
Project management support (30%)

  • Manage & coordinate Retail projects led by GM, incl detailed project planning, running meetings, manage progress to deadlines, design scorecards, measure progress, coordinate stakeholders
Complexity & Scope

  • Works with the entire Canadian Team across all functional areas, including Campbell Canada executive leadership team members, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Research & Development, and Human Resources
  • High level of importance placed on the ability to multitask, comfort with ambiguity amid change, and remain structured and organized. Emphasis on independent thought leadership and strong timemanagement skills.
Minimum Requirements

Education:

College Diploma or University Degree, business preferred

Experience:

1-2 years in a consulting environment must

Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours:

  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Deep expertise in PowerPoint, able to produce presentations live in a meeting
  • Collaboration and working closely with others to achieve shared objectives
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent time management skills, able to juggle / multitask against a changing list of priorities and pivot easily
  • Experience in stakeholder management / crossfunctional collaboration
  • Willing and able to speak up with senior leaders
  • Interested in moving into Marketing or Sales as a career path
Working Conditions

Physical Demands:
Lifting/Lowering, Carrying, Pushing, Handling and Pinching (both hands), Wrist/Forearm, Fine Finger Movement, Reaching, Neck and Trunk Movement
