Job Summary

:

In this position, you will work collaboratively to plan, develop, coordinate, and review civil/structural design projects. Your role involves producing drawings, facilitating discussions, addressing complex technical issues, and preparing design estimates and work plans. Your expertise will ensure that designs and plans align with project requirements, regulations, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and reviewing design work for civil/structural projectsProduce drawings and documentation according to design requirementsCoordinate with civil/structural engineers, scientists, and designersCommunicate complex technical issues and provide solutions to upper managementPrepare civil/structural design estimates and work plansDevelop Engineering Department Procedures and design guidesCollaborate with clients for work approvalReview engineering drawings and calculationsMentor junior designers and draftersEnsure designs comply with codes and standards

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of work experience

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Career-level position with high expertise in the fieldSkilled professional with a deep understanding of the specializationExperienced in creative issue resolution
