**Responsabilités**
- Planifier et gérer les campagnes médiatiques de recrutement et les bulletins d'information;
- Suivre, mesurer et rendre compte des résultats des campagnes;
- En collaboration avec le spécialiste de l'EDI, créer des descriptions de postes inclusives et attrayantes;
- Identifier les tactiques et les plateformes qui seront les plus efficaces pour atteindre un public cible spécifique;
- Créer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour construire un réseau de talents/une communauté de talents;
- Effectuer une veille sur Glassdoor, planifier et mettre en place des activités pour mobiliser les évaluateurs;
- Concevoir et planifier des événements de recrutement en accord avec les lignes directives de la marque et en partenariat avec les équipes de talents mondiales;
- En collaboration avec les équipes d'acquisition de talents, jouer le rôle d' de la marque lors de divers événements, tels que les salons de l'emploi ou les événements de recrutement sur le campus;
- Produire des mises à jour mensuelles pour le Chef des RH de Cinesite concernant les initiatives de marketing recrutement et RH à venir;
- Participer aux réunions d'équipe trimestrielles de recrutement;
- Créer des rapports mensuels sur les mesures clés du marketing de recrutement;
- Communiquer régulièrement avec les départements RH régionaux de Cinesite afin d'avoir une vision claire des besoins en recrutement et des objectifs organisationnels du studio;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements RH afin de développer des moyens créatifs pour relever les défis du recrutement mondial;
- Rechercher les tendances en matière de marketing et de publicité dans le secteur de la dotation en personnel de VFX et d'animation;
- Se tenir au courant des nouvelles tendances sur les canaux de médias sociaux;
- Coordonner les messages sociaux relatifs au recrutement et à la rétention sur les canaux sociaux de Cinesite;
- Superviser le Spécialiste marketing - Marque employeur basé à Montréal.

**Qualifications**
- 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en marketing RH, marque employeur, attraction et retention, dont 3 ans dans un rôle de gestionnaire ou de leader;
- Succès démontré dans l'élaboration de stratégies et de campagnes de marketing de recrutement;
- Expérience des médias sociaux, du marketing de contenu, du marketing entrant et du marketing numérique;
- Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion de projet et de présentation;
- Compréhension pratique de la manière de tirer parti des nouvelles opportunités pour maximiser l'expérience sur les sites sociaux et de carrière (ex. personnalisation, images, etc.);
- Expérience dans l'établissement de KPI pour mesurer le succès des stratégies de marketing de recrutement et rendre compte de ce succès;
- Solides compétences rédactionnelles avec une bonne maîtrise du ton;
- Compétences de base en conception graphique, à l'aide de programmes tels que Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.;
- Expérience numérique de l'édition et de la publication de contenu via un CMS;
- Maîtrise d'outils de publication, tels que Hootsuite ou autres;
- Maîtrise des outils d'analyse marketing, tels que Google Analytics;
- Une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais est nécessaire puisque ce rôle est multisites. La maîtrise du français est un atout important.**Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants;
- Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and newsletters;
- Track, measure and report on campaign results;
- In conjunction with the EDI specialist create inclusive and engaging job descriptions;
- Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience;
- Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community;
- Monitor Glassdoor and plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers;
- Design and plan recruiting events in accordance with branding guidelines & in partnership with global talent teams ;
- In conjunction with talent teams serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events;
- Generate monthly updates for Cinesite's Chief of HR about upcoming recruitment & HR marketing initiatives;
- Attend the quarterly group recruitment meetings;
- Create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics;
- Communicate regularly with regional Cinesite HR departments to get a clear view of studio's hiring needs and organizational goals;
- Work closely with HR departments to develop creative ways for addressing global recruitment challenges;
- Research marketing and advertising trends in the VFX & animation staffing industry
- Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels;
- Coordinate recruitment and retention related social posts across Cinesite's social channels;
