Qualifications

Post Secondary Education required. 4+ years of related HR experience Highly proficient use of HR Systems and computer software application skills (i.e. Workday, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.). Project Management Experience. Experience collaborating with COE and business stakeholders. Experience with Workforce Planning, Talent Planning and development & Data Analytics. Strong interpersonal skills in facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and work to plan. Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and Project Management experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills

**This position will require to attend to GM facilities in Ontario from time to time for which planning and advance notice will be provided. **
