Description de l'emploi: Entretenir et garder à niveau la technologie informatique et l'équipement d'automatisation de ScriptPro sur les sites des clients, à l'échelle nationale et mondiale. Ce poste comprend une cédule chargée de voyagement et est donc pour un guerrier de la route. Vous pouvez conserver tous les points de voyage des compagnies aériennes/voiture de location. Excellent équilibre travail-vie personnelle avec cinq jours de congé consécutifs. Salaire de départ compétitif comprenant une augmentation annuelle, des heures supplémentaires généreuses et des opportunités de bonus.

ScriptPro développe, vend et prend en charge des produits et des services de pointe pour les clients du système de la santé, y compris les pharmacies de détails, les agences fédérales ainsi que plusieurs systèmes hospitaliers majeurs à travers le pays.


Superviseur direct: Superviseur de service sur le terrain

Quart de travail: Généralement, une rotation de 9 jours en fonction, 5 jours de repos. Les heures supplémentaires sont courantes et rémunérées. Une présence régulière et ponctuelle est essentielle pour chaque emploi chez ScriptPro.

Portée du rôle:

  • Dépanner, diagnostiquer et réparer l'équipement sur place dans les pharmacies et à distance par téléphone.
  • Donner la formation et le soutien au personnel de la pharmacie au besoin.
  • Diagnostiquer les problèmes de flux de travail des clients et optimiser les performances du système ScriptPro.
  • Voyager 80% ou plus du temps est une fonction essentielle de ce travail et est nécessaire (quantités égales de trajets longue distance en voiture et en avion).
  • Les exigences physiques de ce rôle nécessitent de soulever jusqu'à 55 lb sans aide et de soulever jusqu'à 120 lb, de pousser/tirer jusqu'à 800 lb avec assistance, de grimper sur divers types d'échelles, de soulever et d'empiler des serveurs, de monter des moniteurs, des ordinateurs ou des écrans d'état (y compris mais non limité aux téléviseurs ACL de 65 pouces), ainsi que rester debout de 6 à 8 heures par jour.

Exigences en matière d'éducation et d'expérience:

  • De préférence, un Baccalauréat en génie électrique ou en informatique, ou Techniques collégiales en génie électrique – automatisation et contrôle ou en électronique ou en mécanique industrielle, ou expérience de travail équivalente.
  • Connaissances générales en informatique et du système d'exploitation Windows NT/XP/7/8/10.
  • Expérience dans la réparation de systèmes informatiques et une forte aptitude mécanique.
  • Doit être capable de soulever plus de 70 lb par jour, y compris avant/après avoir voyagé en voiture et en avion.

Conditions de travail: Ce poste évolue dans une combinaison d'environnements de bureau et d'atelier. Régulièrement exposé à la poussière, aux odeurs, à l'huile, aux fumées et au bruit. Peut être exposé à des pièces mécaniques en mouvement, à des vibrations et à des chocs électriques et à toutes les conditions météorologiques. Il s'agit d'une position très active et il faut régulièrement se tenir debout, marcher, s'asseoir, se baisser, se pencher et tendre la main. La capacité de pousser/tirer et de soulever indépendamment est requise. Des compétences de coordination motrice et une capacité à travailler avec des outils sont également requises. Ce travail demande une capacité de vision spécifique, y compris de près, de loin et de couleur. La capacité d'apprendre et de résoudre des problèmes pratiques et d'interpréter une variété d'instructions est requise. Une pleine concentration est requise pendant de longues périodes de temps de déplacement.

Job Title: Field Service Engineer (Remote) - French Canadian Speaking

Job Summary: Maintain ScriptPro's computer-based technology and automation equipment at customer sites, nationally and worldwide. This is a road warrior, heavy travel position. You get to keep all airline/rental car travel points. Great work-life balance with five days off in a row. ScriptPro develops, sells, and supports state of the art products and services for healthcare system customers including federal agencies such as the Department of Defense, VA, Indian Health Services as well as multiple major hospital systems around the country. These customers require certain security clearances and health related tests and vaccines in order to gain access to their locations. To support ScriptPro customers and as a condition of employment, you will be required to gain federal security clearance and/or prove compliance with certain health related tests and vaccines such as but not limited to tuberculosis, annual flu, and the COVID vaccine (requests for a religious or medical exemption will be considered). Federal security clearance (See the Standard Form 86 link below) can include additional background checks such as but not limited to credit history and drug testing.

Reporting Relationship: Field Service Supervisor

Work Schedule: Generally, a rotating 9 days on, 5 days off schedule. Overtime is typical and paid. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Scope of the Role:


• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment onsite at pharmacies and remotely by phone


• Administer training and support to pharmacy staff when needed


• Diagnose customer workflow issues and optimize ScriptPro system performance


• 80% or more travel is an essential function of this job and is required (equal amounts of long-distance driving and air travel)


• Physical demands of this role require lifting up to 55lbs unassisted, and lifting up to 120lb, push/pull up to 800lbs assisted, climb various ladder types, lifting and stacking servers, mounting monitors, computers, or status screens (including but not limited to 65 inch LCD TVs), as well as stand 6-8 hours per day.

Education and Experience Requirements:


• Must be 21 years old or older.


• Preferred BS in Electronics or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience


• General knowledge of IT, Windows NT/XP/7/8/10


• Experience with computer systems repair and a strong mechanical aptitude


• Must be able to lift 70+ lbs. daily, including when traveling by auto or air


• It is ScriptPro's policy to run a comprehensive background check post offer. And, must be able to obtain Department of Defense security clearance after date of hire. See Standard Form 86 to preview requirements


• Must be available to work as needed and assigned


• Bilingual: French and English

Working Conditions:

This position is a combination of office and shop environments. Regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes and noise. May be exposed to moving mechanical parts, vibration and electrical shock and exposures to all weather conditions. This is a very active position and regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, bend and reach. Ability to push/pull and lift independently is required. Motor coordination skills and ability to work with tools is also required. This job includes specific vision ability including close, distance and color. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions is required. Focused attention during extended periods of travel time.
