**RESPONSABLE ADJOINT(E) DU TRANSPORT**

**Lieu de travail **:Bureau du district situé à Shédiac (École Louis-J.Robichaud) et sera
demandé de se déplacer régulièrement sur le territoire du District scolaire francophone
Sud (DSFS)
**Heures **:36,25 heures par semaine***
**Durée de l'emploi**: Poste permanent à 12 mois débutant immédiatement
**Numéro de concours : 23-15-DSFS-17MAI**

La personne choisie se rapportera au responsable du transport.

**TÂCHES PRINCIPALES**:

- Répondre aux demandes/plaintes des parents, des directions d'écoles, des

chauffeurs;
- Participer avec le responsable au transport à la prise de décisions des fermetures

d'écoles et des retards;
- Planification et maintenance des routes à l'aide de systèmes informatisés;
- Générer des rapports reliés aux opérations quotidiennes;
- Superviser, encadrer, former et participer aux entrevues d'embauche des

chauffeurs d'autobus;
- Coordonner les demandes d'autobus pour les enfants à besoins spéciaux
- Négocier les contrats privés;
- Faire la vérification sur site des routes/chauffeurs/plaintes;
- Avoir la capacité de travailler à l'extérieur des heures normales du bureau soit le

matin, en soirée et les fins de semaine en cas d'urgence tout en respectant les
normes de surtemps établis par la convention collective;
- Autres tâches connexes.

**EXIGENCES REQUISES**:
Vous devrez:

- Être titulaire d'un baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou une formation

collégiale dans un domaine connexe au transport;
- Avoir deux ans d'expérience connexe;
- Avoir de bonnes aptitudes pour l'interprétation et une grande capacité l'analyse;
- Avoir un haut niveau d'autonomie et une bonne aisance relationnelle;
- Avoir d'excellentes aptitudes en communication;
- Avoir une bonne maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit;
- Être capable de travailler sous pression, de porter attention au détail et être en

mesure de documenter avec précision ses interventions;
- Être en mesure de s'adapter rapidement au changement;
- Avoir d'excellentes compétences en informatique et aptitude à travailler avec les

nouveaux logiciels;
- Avoir une bonne connaissance de la région du sud du Nouveau Brunswick;
- Avoir un permis de conduire valide et être en mesure de se déplacer pour le

travail.

**TRAITEMENT **:Échelle salariale 4, de 2,174 $ à 3,012 $ à la quinzaine, selon les
compétences et le contrat avec l'Alliance de la Fonction publique du Canada. Vous
bénéficierez également d'avantages sociaux comme l'assurance santé et l'occasion de
contribuer à un régime de pension.
