In the role of Senior Communication Specialist within the Finance Project Management Office (Finance PMO), you will be pivotal in advancing our strategic initiatives through expert communication.

The successful candidate will harness their refined skills in creating executive communications and presentations.

This role focuses on developing and implementing communication strategies and content that enhance stakeholder engagement, guide leadership through changes and help the project achieve their objectives.

Design and develop high-quality, impactful presentations for executive meetings, project updates, and stakeholder communications.

Craft and edit precise, engaging communications materials including newsletters, podcasts and digital content that align with the strategic objectives of the project.

Collaborate closely with project manager, organizational change management and leadership to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all communication channels.

Utilize advanced graphic design tools to create visual content that enhances communication effectiveness and audience engagement.
Conduct content audits and ensure all communications are up-to-date, accurate, and comply with company brand standards.
Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies using key metrics, adjusting approaches based on analytics and feedback.
Lead communication training sessions for leadership, enhancing their ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Manage crisis communication strategies, maintaining poise and professionalism under pressure to address unexpected challenges swiftly.
Coordinate with other teams to support communication initiatives, ensuring high standards of service and deliverables.

Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in a communications role, ideally within a corporate or consulting setting.
Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., Experience in change management and organizational communications.
