Centurion Financial Trust ("CFiT") is an income and growth-oriented trust that invests in a diversified portfolio of debt investments that include but are not limited to mortgages, opportunistic real estate developments, and corporate debt.

Investors pool their funds to invest in mortgage and growth-oriented credit opportunities and participate in the yields from interest income and net profit from equity.

Overview


Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, the Building Manager is responsible for the professional operation, management, administration and leasing of a Centurion owned and operated apartment community in Gatineau, QC.


Responsibilities:

Ensure the timely collection and deposit of rental payments; initiate follow-up where payments are not made;
Administer and complete minor maintenance and Work Order repairs;
Review apartments at turnover and prepare a scope of work consistent with established renovation standards;
Ensure vacant apartments are always in a state of "rent-readiness", clean and fully prepared for move-in; and
Keep the building common areas and grounds clean and free of litter and debris.
