Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Reads work orders or receives verbal instructions and acts accordingly
  • Measure, fit and assemble aluminum composite siding panels
  • Assemble the frame onto the panel using power tools
  • Final inspection to ensure the product is complete to work order and customer standards
  • Wiring and some electronic assembly of product
  • Fast paced, busy environment
  • Some light duty work available
  • Placing LEDs in channel letters according to blueprint.
  • Job Rotation with operating and form channel letters using Accu-Bend machine, Accu-Clincher and various peripheral equipment
  • Maintains collaborative communication with Accu-File programmer to ensure timely staging of product.

Requirements:

  • Excellent measurement skills, imperial system
  • Large product, lifting required up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Mechanical aptitude, strong troubleshooting and fitting skills.
  • Wiring background and/or electronic assembly is an asset
