Job Summary:

The E-commerce Support Specialist is an integral part of the success and growth of our online business in Canada.

This role is responsible for overseeing our daily activities related to the inventory management, order fulfillment processes and operations for our E-commerce business.

This position will report to the E-commerce Manager in Canada but will cross-functionally work with E-commerce Customer Service teams, Finance, Buying and Logistics teams in the US.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manages the receipts, storage, picking, packing and shipping of all inventories relate to direct to consumer business, interboutique and international shipments coming from our distribution center.
  • Partners with Customer Service, Transportation and Warehouse teams to plan and prioritize logistics activities.
  • Communicates daily with shipping carriers on delivery inquiries, to ensure pickups are scheduled, adequate supplies are ordered, investigations for lost packages are processed and shipping volume is understood by all involved.
  • Creates reporting to analyze shipping volume, while proactively looking for process improvements to enhance customer experience and to reduce shipping costs.
  • Monitors stock levels and works alongside with buying teams to ensure adequate replenishment and inventory management.
  • Creates IT tickets when needed to communicate any system bugs or improvements with HQ teams.
  • Demonstrates ownership of a stockroom by keeping it organized and clean according to company standards.
  • Ensures any valueadded services like greeting cards and gift wrapping are executed accurately.
  • Complies with safety and loss prevention policies set by standards of the company.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school/some college or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years in a stockroom or warehouse environment in a similar retail setting.
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape and products.
  • Must have proficient computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Positive attitude with a cando spirit is essential.
  • Must be selfmotivated with the desire to always look for process improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to effectively delegate, follow up and communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Flexible work schedule with some Holidays and overtime required.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

  • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
