Job Description:
As a Restaurant Partnership Associate at Food Mamba, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our relationship with partner restaurants. This role involves managing restaurant profiles on our platform, ensuring that menus and pricing are always up-to-date, and that all partner data is complete and accurate. You will handle the receipt of catering orders, creating customized quotes, and ensuring seamless operational execution from the initial order to final invoice.
- Responsibilities:Restaurant Profile Management: Oversee the profiles of partner restaurants on the Food Mamba platform, ensuring that all information is accurate and current.
- Menu Updates: Regularly verify and update menu details and pricing to reflect any changes made by partner restaurants.
- Data Integrity: Ensure completeness and accuracy of all data related to partner restaurants.
- Order Management: Receive catering requests from clients and prepare customized quotes based on their specific needs.
- Invoicing and Payments: Manage the invoicing process to ensure all details are correct and that payments are processed efficiently.
- Order Status Tracking: Oversee the status of delivered orders to ensure all are completed satisfactorily.
- System Administration: Manage the administrative aspects of the Food Mamba platform, ensuring smooth operations.
- Package Development: Collaborate with restaurant partners to create special packages that meet the needs of our clientele.
- Quote Preparation: Develop and submit detailed quotes for each client request, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Qualifications:Proven experience in restaurant management, operations, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in data management and analysis.
- Experience with CRM software and database systems is a plus.
