JOB OVERVIEW:
The position is under the general direction of the Manager Business Systems - ERP, within the Corporate IT Team. The role is responsible for Engineering workflow analysis, design, configure and test the workflows in Dynamics 365 Finance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand the overall process of engineering workflows.
- Follow the documentation and instructions to create workflow and followup with business analysts for testing and sign off.
- Create detailed documentation of the entire configuration process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Office 36
- Knowledge of business systems
- Basic level
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must demonstrate good judgment and decision making.
- Good facilitation skills.
- Ability to work in diversified teams.
