HR Analyst Position in Calgary, AB:

Brunel is currently looking for an HR Analyst to join our oil and gas client's team. The main focus of this role is to deliver top-notch customer service to employees and leaders in a shared services setting.

Specific responsibilities include handling one-time resolution inquiries efficiently through phone, email, and ServiceNow, including appropriate triaging and escalation when needed. Additionally, this role will involve assisting with ad hoc projects within the HR Advisory team.

We are seeking a candidate who can handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. The ideal individual will be adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities, and possess strong organizational, customer service, and analytical skills to meet deadlines successfully.

Main Responsibilities:
- Offer exceptional customer service support by addressing inquiries from employees and leaders through phone, email, and ServiceNow
- Assign and oversee team cases while ensuring SLA's and KPI targets are met
- Contribute to the HR portal and knowledge management strategy using ServiceNow ticket documentation and resolution effectively
- Aid in the development and upkeep of internal and external HR knowledge articles within ServiceNow
- Stay updated on organizational and departmental policies and procedures to handle general employee and leader inquiries while upholding company values and practices
- Assist in generating materials related to HR procedures and policies such as process documentation, letter templates, FAQs, quick-reference cards, etc.
- Foster positive relationships within the team and across HR

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
- Post-secondary Degree/Diploma with an HR focus considered an asset
- Demonstrated customer service skills with proper telephone and email etiquette
- Previous experience in an HR shared services model is preferred
- Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and keen attention to detail
- Must have the legal right to work in Canada
