Role Overview:

We are seeking a software engineer, a key role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our products to meet user needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Design systems with security and trust as core foundations
  • Evaluate and implement new coding standards and libraries in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Develop high-quality, rigorously tested code to meet the needs of an eager and time-sensitive user base
  • Provide best practices and optimizations through code reviews and pair programming
  • Outline a long-term vision for scaling and maintaining our backend systems and teams
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to translate our technical vision into a tangible quarterly roadmap
  • Infuse positivity into your daily interactions and foster inclusivity with your coworkers
Who we're looking for:
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a software startup
  • You are self-motivated, self-managing, with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in working on consumer-facing products
  • Interest in and enthusiasm for cryptocurrencies, web3, or finance
  • Experience collaborating with diverse, geographically dispersed teams
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely on complex technical, architectural, and organizational challenges
  • Background in software engineering, computer science, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
