Our client is in search of a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their finance team as a Billings Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize SAP and Excel for accurate processing of accounts receivables.
- Create, post, and distribute invoices with precision.
- Maintain customer records and generate accounting reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and manage collections.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and maintain financial records securely.
Qualifications:
- College Diploma in Accounting Administration.
- 13 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Preferred experience with SAP Business One.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
