**The role**:
Sectra is embarking on a journey to lead PACS replacement projects across Canada. We aim to revolutionize healthcare imaging solutions across regions and provinces, leveraging Sectra's cutting-edge technology and expertise to enhance patient care and streamline medical workflows. As Project Manger, you will play a pivotal role in driving the planning, execution, and success of this monumental project, contributing to Sectra's commitment to excellence and innovation in healthcare IT solutions.

Lead and oversee the planning and execution of large-scale and complex PACS projects within the scope of a significant Quebec-based initiative.
Define project tasks and resource needs, ensuring the successful implementation for the project.
Develop detailed project plans and schedules, emphasizing scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
Evaluate risks affecting project timelines, quality, and scope, collaborating with stakeholders to devise contingency and risk mitigation plans and escalating issues as required.
Maintain accurate and updated project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Travel to client sites in Quebec (up to 25% based on business requirements) to provide on-site support, oversee projects, and engage with clients.
Uphold Sectra's reputation as the "Best in KLAS" for #1 in customer.

**Le rôle**:
Sectra se lance dans un voyage pour diriger des projets de remplacement de PACS à travers le Canada. Nous visons à révolutionner les solutions d'imagerie médicale dans les régions et les provinces, en exploitant la technologie de pointe et l'expertise de Sectra pour améliorer les soins aux patients et rationaliser les flux de travail médicaux. En tant que chef de projet, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la planification, l'exécution et le succès de ce projet monumental, contribuant à l'engagement de Sectra envers l'excellence et l'innovation dans les solutions informatiques de santé.

Diriger et superviser la planification et l'exécution de projets PACS à grande échelle et complexes dans le cadre d'une initiative majeure basée au Québec.
Définir les tâches du projet et les besoins en ressources, en veillant à la mise en œuvre réussie du projet.
Élaborer des plans de projet détaillés et des horaires, en mettant l'accent sur le périmètre, le budget et le respect des délais.
Évaluer les risques affectant les délais, la qualité et le périmètre du projet, en collaborant avec les parties prenantes pour élaborer des plans d'urgence et d'atténuation des risques et en signalant les problèmes au besoin.
Maintenir une documentation de projet précise et à jour tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
Se déplacer sur les sites des clients au Québec (jusqu'à 25% selon les besoins de l'entreprise) pour fournir un soutien sur place, superviser les projets et interagir avec les clients.
Maintenir la réputation de Sectra en tant que "Meilleur de sa catégorie" pour la satisfaction client n° 1.
