Nous cherchons un(e) chercheur(e) UX pour notre équipe grandissante

**Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous**:

- Conduire des projets de recherche structurants afin d'orienter nos stratégies numériques et axes d'innovation
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec de talentueux concepteurs UX, responsables de produits, et notre communauté de pratique en données (analystes de données, spécialistes en recherche marketing, chercheurs en sciences comportementales, etc.)
- Gérer et exécuter une grande variété de projets en recherche UX (études qualitatives et quantitatives): test d'utilisabilité, entrevues semi-dirigées, focus groups, journal de bord, enquêtes contextuelles, études comparatives, tri de cartes (ouvert et fermé), sondage, animation d'atelier d'idéation et de cocréation, etc.
- Contribuer significativement a l'implémentation des meilleurs pratiques ResearchOps
- Perfectionner votre pratique en recherche ainsi que votre connaissance de l'industrie des assurances en faisant partie d'une équipe de chercheurs expérimentés
- Développer vos compétences en analytique via d'étroites collaborations avec vos collègues en cybermétrie (même département)
- Avoir la possibilité de présenter vos résultats de recherche et recommandations aux parties prenantes à tous les échelons de l'organisation (pairs et/ou de cadres)

**Ce que vous mettrez à profit**:

- Vos connaissances académiques en expérience utilisateur, psychologie, sciences cognitives, science de la donnée, interaction humain machine, etc. (baccalauréat, maitrise ou doctorat)
- Minimum de un an d'expérience en recherche utilisateur (inclut expérience en laboratoire de recherche appliquée en UX)
- Maitrise des méthodologies en recherche UX (qualitative et quantitative): test d'utilisabilité, entrevues semi-dirigées, sondage, analyse de la voix du client, journal de bord, enquêtes contextuelles, études comparatives, tri de cartes (ouvert et fermé), animation d'atelier d'idéation et de cocréation
- Maitrise des analyses de données ou analyses statistiques (atout)
- Passion pour cibler, comprendre et résoudre des problèmes complexes
- Rigueur, désir constant d'apprendre afin de viser l'excellence et répondre au standard de qualité de la pratique en recherche UX
- Attitude proactive, être capable de travailler de façon autonome et de composer avec l'ambiguïté
- Être bon(ne) communicateur(trice), présenter les choses de façon engageante auprès des différentes parties prenantes (pairs et/ou cadres)
