Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Support and look after all incoming requests from clients and internal empolyees
  • Coordinate and manage all activities for the Team planning
  • Support Office Manager with daily requests
  • Identify deficiencies in current procedures to continuously maintain best practices
  • Bring your best self to the Team each day with a positive cando attitude and a desire for personal and Team success

Requirements:

  • Experience in stock futures trading preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Access
  • College Diploma or Ontario Secondary School Diploma
  • One year experience in an office or career service role
  • Experience working in a high volume and fastpaced environment
  • Fluency in Mandarin preferred
