We are seeking a full-time
Service Administrator/Advisor who enjoys the auto industry and dealing with people on a daily basis.

This is an immediate opening for a passionate, client oriented, organized and energetic person.

Has general knowledge of a variety of vehicles and their parts, great communication skills, quick learner and is able to work effectively with staff and management.

Primary Functions:

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while selling the proper repairs & services to meet the clients perceived needs.
  • Contact vendors for parts pricing & ordering
  • Provide accurate parts and labour quotes to clients as well as appropriate timelines for work completion
  • Answer service calls and provide the necessary information
  • Booking service appointments and reserving loaner vehicles
  • Some pickup and drop off of customers
  • Work closely with repeat customers and oversee their accounts
  • Booking future appointments and following up with prebooked customers, plus contacting our internal customers for future appointments
  • Daily invoicing while keeping an eye on parts & labour margins and overall accuracy
  • Keeping track of documents including PO's, invoices, work orders, reports, etc.
  • Coordinate with the Service Manager to order, audit and maintain parts inventory for the shop
  • Receive and document parts returns, process the parts warranty claims and returns
  • Cold calling customers for new business and inputting their info in the CRM for tracking
  • Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager
