Responsibilities:

  • Monitor business performances regularly and generate performance reports for management
  • Analyze root causes of business problems and recommend corrective actions
  • Develop business presentations for senior management
  • Present product/portfolio performance at monthly senior management meetings
  • Monitor key risk indicators and develop risk reporting mechanisms to ensure timely and accurate risk assessment
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on risk assessment findings to support business growth and profitability objectives
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing risk management processes and propose enhancements for continuous improvement
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in risk management to ensure compliance and proactive risk mitigation

Requirements:

  • Financial management experience with planning, forecasting, and business analysis
  • Experience within Financial industry an asset
  • Demonstrates complex problem resolution proficiency and the ability to identify/implement process and system enhancements
  • Proficiency with analytical and presentation tools: Excel pivot tables, VBA, SQL queries, graphing, PowerPoint,
  • Indepth knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Crystal Reports, Business Objects and practical experience analyzing data, program metrics, and performance
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, operations, research, statistics, math, economics, or related analytical discipline preferred
  • Fulltime, permanent availability
