Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team
Responsibilities
Influencer Relationship Management
- Identify, reach out, and build relationships with key influencers in the biking and lifestyle sectors.
- Coordinate the sending of bikes for reviews, and track performance metrics.
Radio Ad Partnership Management
- Establish and manage partnerships with radio stations.
- Spearhead bikes given for auctions and negotiate airtime for ads.
Offline Advertising
- Develop, strategize, and execute offline marketing materials, including but not limited to flyers and paper ads.
- Measure and analyze the impact of offline campaigns.
Coordination with External Teams
- Serve as the point of contact for our external paid media marketing team.
- Ensure all marketing efforts are in sync and aligned with the overall brand strategy.
PR & SEO
- Assist in public relations efforts, including press releases and media relations.
- Help in executing SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
Tradeshow and Events Management
- Coordinate and manage the planning, execution, and followup of tradeshows and other promotional events.
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure effective representation of the brand at events.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and ROI metrics for events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in relationship building, particularly in the influencer community.
- Familiarity with offline advertising and measuring its effectiveness.
- Basic understanding of SEO and PR best practices.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the biking industry.
- Proficiency in using marketing software like Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.
