Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Administrator is responsible for providing support to the Customer Services team.

What You'll Do:

Role accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Update identified item records to accurately reflect current assembly and products processes and estimated build/delivery times.
  • Creation, delivery and follow up of production orders.
  • Manually enter or scan and attach documentation into AX to support sales team efforts.
  • Perform sales and service activities in a responsible, efficient, and diligent manner.
  • Assist with Customer Service projects when requested by the Customer Service Manager.
  • Be familiar with and follow Argus Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and processes for the department. Identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Promptly and accurately support the creation of quotes, sales orders, repair / recertification orders, production orders and return orders / credits in response to customer requests within the ERP system (AX Dynamics), in line with Argus processes and procedures.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years experience in an administrative position.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A business administration diploma would be an asset.
  • Competent using computer software including Microsoft Office, Adobe and Dynamics AX.
  • General knowledge of products and services in relation to the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of safe work practices, Quality Assurance requirements, and Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing) principles and the ability to impart that knowledge to others.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Office environment, extended sitting & computer use.
  • Working wearing personal protective as required.
