Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability
  • Train and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
  • Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and make informed business decisions
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates

Experience:

  • Previous experience in store management or a similar role
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with suppliers
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
  • Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Proven ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team of employees
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with customers and staff
As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our retail store.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Your leadership skills will be essential in driving sales growth, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and creating a positive work environment for our team.


Pay:
$18.00-$19.00 per hour
