Your tasks and responsibilities will be:


  • Responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping and administration for multiple companies:

Set up new tenants as clients on Quickbooks Online (QBO):

Monitor DEXT accounts:

Set up recurring invoices for monthly rents on QBO:

Transfer security deposit payments:

-
Set up of customers and vendors:


  • Process bills and payments
  • includes setting up e-transfer payments and uploading receipts to ReceiptBank (Receipt Tracker App):

Bank Transfers and Manual Deposits:


  • Quickbooks Online transactions
  • process all A/R and A/P:

Reconcile bank accounts (monthly):

QBO journal entries:

Log all rents and deposits:


  • Prepare monthly rental reports for Investors:

  • WCB clearances and annual reporting:

Payroll:

Payroll remittance:

Process ROEs:

Process T4s:

GST, and PST remittances and reporting:


  • WCB clearances and annual reporting:

Pay Invoices from respective companies:


  • Communicate and coordinate with our building manager:

Assist the building manager with coordination of maintenance for Apartment buildings:


  • Assist the building manager in creating notices from our templates (ie: notice to enter the suite, notice of evictions, etc)

Must be able to manage their own time, be proactive, dedicated to being productive and efficient with their time

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields:
