The Opportunity

Requirements:

  • Understanding of bank forms and financing related to real estate transactions
  • Experience with commercial sales, purchases, mortgages and preparation of related documents
  • Mange disbursement entries, time entries and client billings
  • Knowledge of Corporate Registry and Land Titles Registry
  • Maintain digital and physical filings
  • Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite package, including Word, Excel and Outlook
