CONTRACT:

Please note that it is a three-month contract with the possibility of a full-time position.

Major Responsibilities

  • Assisting in local and longdistance planning and scheduling
  • Work in the office to assist in all client needs
  • Assist in daytoday operations and planning for Tippet Richardson and Lewis Movers' operating crews
  • Assist in CVOP, License plating, operating authority, fuel reports, and IFTA reporting
  • Assist in all dispatch duties as needed
  • Assist with safety committee requirements
  • Assist in all dispatch duties as needed
  • Assist with Administrative functions in Dispatch
  • Schedule and organize local, Longdistance, and border Movers as required
  • Assist with Driver and mover training on operating procedure
  • Health and safety on the job, ensure crews follow transport regulations inkling circle checks

Skills

  • Proficiency in Data Entry
  • Expertise in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong Customer Support Skills
  • Excellent Organizational Abilities
  • Experience in Logistics Planning

Requirements:

  • A degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics is an asset
  • Experience in the transportation, moving, and Storage industry
