Requirements:

University degree in behavioural science, psychology, or diploma in Early Childhood Education, autism and behavioural science, or related field

  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Possess or working towards a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector Check

Responsibilities:

Provide one on one instruction using ABA principles

  • Demonstrate an ability to be fun, creative, and flexible in following the learner's motivation
  • Collect and track program data
  • Develop and organize program material
  • Work within the prescribed treatment programs from the clinical supervisor
  • Participate in team meetings with senior therapists and the clinical supervisor as required
