  • No travel required, other than regular commute to the office of employment. Travel between Employee's residence and office of employment does not qualify for reimbursement.
    SUMMARY
Responsible for the day-to-day goings-on of a project, following up with the specific teams to make sure they're meeting the appropriate deadlines and projects are completed on time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
  • Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
  • Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
  • Solving any issues that may arise during the project
  • Managing and building relationships with multiple teams
  • Assisting the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes
  • Managing daytoday activities for the Project Management team
  • Analyzing project data and producing progress reports

COMMUNICATION/INFLUENCING OTHERS (Contacts)
This role will be interacting with colleagues across the company.

**CUSTOMER SERVICE
This position entails some customer service to other departments by ensuring user needs are met.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills)

  • Working on a Bachelor of Business or related field of study
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, selfstarter.
  • Must be able to collaborate with a team or other departments.
**SUPERVISION & BUDGET AUTHORITY

  • This position has no supervisory authority.

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT

  • Office environment sitting/working at a desk/computer in a shared office space and/or remotely.**
    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Sitting at computer 90% of the time
  • Manual dexterity is needed to operate a keyboard and mouse.
